SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship directly from  Denmark, Copenhagen.

Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.

When will my order ship?
After an order is placed, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. 

We handcraft each item we send out — this includes creating, bottling, labelling and shopping.

Handcrafted items do take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items.

Our items are made so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them.
 

How do I track my order?
Once your order has left our hands, you will receive an email confirmation. In the confirmation email there is an tracking number. Sometimes the clickable link don’t work, so we ask that if you are an U.S resident that you insert your tracking number into USPS tracking system. The package are only updated 3 times through its journey, so we ask your patience. Your order is not lost — sometimes USPS update a bit slower than other times.

If you are resident in any other country please just google tracking within your country and you can apply your tracking code there.

EXPECTED DELIVERY
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some packages may take longer due to unexpected delays – especially during busy times (holiday seasons, etc).

U.S. TERRITORIES 7-11 days after shipment
EU latest 7 days after shipment
Canada & Australia 11-18 days after shipment
INTERNATIONAL 11-18 days after shipment

Shipping can sometimes take a longer time to arrive unfortunately — but we promise that the products are worth the wait. Should your questions not have been answered here please contact us and we will get back within 48 hours.

Customs, Duty and Taxes
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be carried by you. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


Return policy
Because it is my highest priority to enhance and protect your health, and because of the perishable nature of the products, all orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

That being said, it is extremely important to me that you are satisfied with your order. If you need assistance in any way with your order or with the products, or if you have any feedback to offer, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
