By placing an order on www.byachilles.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms, policies & information provided by this site. From time to time we may update our site and our terms of use. This website is operated by BYACHILLES. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BYACHILLES. BYACHILLES offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

Content, Copyright & Intellectual Property

Content on this Site that is provided by BYACHILLES, including art work, graphics, photographs, images, screen shots, text, product decriptions, video clips, trademarks, logos, product and character names, and slogans, is the property of BYACHILLES, and is protected in the U.S. and internationally under trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not download, display or use any BYACHILLES content located on the Site for use in anything that has not previously been agreed upon between you and BYACHILLES, that does not represent BYACHILLES, or that otherwise infringes BYACHILLES’s intellectual property rights. You will not upload, post, reproduce, or distribute any information, software, or other material protected by copyright or any other intellectual property right (as well as rights of publicity and privacy) without first obtaining the permission of BYACHILLES.   

Privacy policy + personal data

BYACHILLES will never sell or share your personal information. Orders and personal information are encrypted using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) so that your privacy is protected. Your credit card number is transmitted directly between the issuing bank and credit card processor. We do not receive or keep any credit card information on file.

The personal data provided to BYACHILLES in connection with your purchase at www.byachilles.com (name, address, telephone number, email etc.) and any other information you may give BYACHILLES will be treated confidentially and will be used to dispatch your order, for statistical purposes and in connection with other forms of contact with you. BYACHILLES does not collect information about you from other sources.

The personal data are transmitted from you to ww.byachilles.com in a non-encrypted form. Personal data are stored by BYACHILLES in a database located on a secure server to which there is no public access from the Internet. Such information is stored for 6 years and only to the extent permitted by law. 

According to the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data, you can obtain access to and correct the personal data that concern you. You can also object to the further use of your data.

Credit card information passes through www.byachilles.com to stripe via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. BYACHILLES has no access to your payment card information.



Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from the date the order & payment is received.

Processing & production time does not include weekends.

ALL orders ship with POSTNORD LOGISTICS which then transfers to USPS, or FEDEX if chosen, to ensure the quickest & safest delivery. Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation, along with tracking info.

To ensure you receive this email, please check your spam folder or add us to your email list.

Please make sure your account and address information is correct before completing your order. We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be resent after your purchase of new postage.


POSTNORD LOGISTICS is the most affordable method of shipping for your order, however we make no guarantee of how long it will take for your order to arrive, but usually they are pretty fast!


Your order will normally arrive within 6-14 business days from the date it is shipped.

You are responsible for all additional duties, customs fees and local handling charges incurred for the delivery of your package, as well as knowing your country's customs laws for deliveries from Europe.

For the most informative and accurate information, please contact your local Customs & Post Office.

DOMESTIC orders: are shipped with QUICKBREV through POSTNORD LOGISTICS, and should arrive within 1-2 days.


Due to the botanical nature of our fresh made products, we do not take returns on opened items. We are confident in the efficacy of our products, and we recommend you reach out to us before your order regarding any skin concerns that you have to ensure you get the right product for your unique skin. We want you to benefit from your products and take great pride in creating an enjoyable experience for you. 

It is our highest priority to enhance and protect your health, and because of the perishable nature of the products, all orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

That being said, it is extremely important to us, that you are satisfied with your order.

If you need assistance in any way with your order or with the products, or if you have any feedback to offer, please contact us and we will assist you.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any of our products, retain your products, and contact us to discuss your concerns. We may ask you to return them for quality control evaluation. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to resolve the issue. We do NOT guarantee that a product works for you or your specific skin type, we work with the approach that every skin type is individual and it’s important that you check all ingredients listed, before using and purchasing. 
We are not responsible for any reactions the natural ingredients may cause, and cannot be held responsible, should the product not work in your favor. All reviews are based on customers experiences, and do NOT guarantee you will see the same result. All sales are final. 

 Damaged Deliveries

If, for any reason, your products arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete, we will make the situation right immediately. Please contact us so I can remedy the issue.

 Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival. 

If your products arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours to report and discuss a store credit or replacement. Photographs of the damage are appreciated and help us to ship safer in the future.

If you've received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will happily send a replacement.

Samples (PENDING)

Samples of all of our products are available for purchase so you can try our products before committing to full sizes. Our samples provide enough product to get a sense of scent, texture and compatibility with your skin.



14 days cancellation right

You have the right to cancel your purchase of a product within 14 days after you have received the purchased product or until 14 days after the first shipment.

You may cancel your purchase of the product by:

Notifying BYACHILLES hereof and returning the product

Refusing to receive the product while giving us clear message about this

Omitting to collect the product while giving us clear message about this

You must forward a notification that you wish to cancel the purchase within 14 days sending an email to support@byachilles.com with the following information:


Full name

Date of purchase

Order number


You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept it without giving us clear message about this.

We recommend that you keep your receipt or documentation that you have sent the notification and the product(s).

The product(s) that you return must be securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package/product(s) until we receive it/them. So keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. 

The product(s) you return must be in fairly same condition as when received. You must pay the costs in connection with returning the product(s).

Products excluded the cancellation right

Some products are excluded from the cancellation right including:


Delivery of products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned, and where the packaging has been broken after delivery.

Since our products are skincare products, you will lose your cancellation right if you break the packaging or use the product as it thus is not of health or hygiene reasons suitable to be returned.


Refund of the purchase amount

You will receive your money back, including any shipping costs charged by BYACHILLES in relation to the purchase, as soon as possible after receipt of your notification of cancellation. If you need to return a product, you will not receive your money back until BYACHILLES has had the opportunity to examine the returned product.



BYACHILLES products are designed to enhance a holistic, healthy lifestyle, not to replace it. We encourage you to educate yourself about the ingredients in all the products your choose for yourself, and to use your best intuition and judgment when choosing them. The nature of health & healing is unique to each of us, and so any description of ingredients & their properties, herbs, botanicals or their known uses is intended as information to enhance your holistic experience - not a substitute for the advice & care of your health practitioner.
