Acceptance of these terms & conditions does not affect your statutory rights, except so far as legitimately excluded.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship directly from  Denmark, Copenhagen.

Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.

When will my order ship?

After an order is placed, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. 

We handcraft each item we send out — this includes creating, bottling, labelling and shopping.

Handcrafted items do take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items.

Our items are made so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

FREE Expedited 2-Day tracked shipping (FEDEX) on all orders OVER 250$ ONLY.

Domestic shipping (DENMARK only) is — 65Kr.

INTERNATIONAL tracked shipping (USPS) 14-18 business days — 10$.

INTERNATIONAL Expedited 2-Day tracked shipping (FEDEX) 2 days — 19$

INTERNATIONAL Expedited 2-Day tracked shipping (FEDEX) 2 days.

USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS — it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department.

The courier is allowed up to 4 weeks to deliver the goods due to potential custom delays, although this is rare under normal circumstances.

!!(by choosing USPS delivery, you agree that you have understood, that delivery cannot be estimated through COVID-19 and delivery of shipments can take up to 14-60 days with the current situation within US.) !!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPE) 7-10 business days. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POSTNORD—  2-4 business days.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order (please note that for International USPS Shipping, tracking will first show when it leaves DENMARK and only get scanned 3 times after that. )

EXPECTED DELIVERY
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some packages may take longer due to unexpected delays – especially during busy times (holiday seasons, etc).

U.S. TERRITORIES 14-18 days after shipment (choosing USPS) choosing FEDEX means the package will reach you within 2 days after shipment. 

EU latest 7-10 days after shipment
Canada & Australia 11-18 days after shipment
INTERNATIONAL worldwide 11-18 days after shipment 

Shipping can sometimes take a longer time to arrive unfortunately — but we promise that the products are worth the wait. Should your questions not have been answered here please contact us and we will get back within 48 hours.

Customs, Duty and Taxes
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be carried by you. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Return policy
Because it is my highest priority to enhance and protect your health, and because of the perishable nature of the products, all orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

That being said, it is extremely important to me that you are satisfied with your order. If you need assistance in any way with your order or with the products, or if you have any feedback to offer, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If, for any reason, your products arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete, we will make the situation right immediately. Please contact us so I can remedy the issue.

Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival. 

If your products arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours to report and discuss a store credit or replacement. Photographs of the damage are appreciated and help us to ship safer in the future.

If you've received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will happily send a replacement.

Samples ( PENDING)

Samples of all of our products are available for purchase so you can try our products before committing to full sizes. Our samples provide enough product to get a sense of scent, texture and compatibility with your skin.

14 days cancellation right

You have the right to cancel your purchase of a product within 14 days after you have received the purchased product or until 14 days after the first shipment.

You may cancel your purchase of the product by:

Notifying BYACHILLES hereof and returning the product

Refusing to receive the product while giving us clear message about this

Omitting to collect the product while giving us clear message about this

You must forward a notification that you wish to cancel the purchase within 14 days sending an email to byachilles@hotmail.com with the following information:

Full name

Date of purchase

Order number

You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept it without giving us clear message about this.

We recommend that you keep your receipt or documentation that you have sent the notification and the product(s).

Return

If you regret your purchase:

1. The item(s) should be returned to:

The product(s) that you return must be securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package/product(s) until we receive it/them. So keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. 

The product(s) you return must be in fairly same condition as when received. You must pay the costs in connection with returning the product(s).

Products excluded the cancellation right

Some products are excluded from the cancellation right including:

Delivery of products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned, and where the packaging has been broken after delivery.

Since our products are skincare products, you will lose your cancellation right if you break the packaging or use the product as it thus is not of health or hygiene reasons suitable to be returned.

Refund of the purchase amount

You will receive your money back, including any shipping costs charged by BYACHILLES in relation to the purchase, as soon as possible after receipt of your notification of cancellation. If you need to return a product, you will not receive your money back until BYACHILLES has had the opportunity to examine the returned product.
